We’re hiring a hands-on SMB SaaS Sales & Account Manager to join Blue Bison Software and help us scale our payroll and HR platform across the Caribbean.
This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying role — ideal for someone who can both close deals and build pipeline, and is confident running live software demos.

What You’ll Own
This role combines three core areas:
1. Inbound Sales (Closing)
- Run discovery and qualify inbound leads
- Deliver tailored, consultative product demos
- Convert prospects into customers
2. Outbound Sales (Pipeline Generation)
- Proactively generate new opportunities
- Re-engage dormant leads
- Book and run qualified demos
3. Account Management (Retention & Growth)
- Manage SMB client relationships post-sale
- Identify upsell opportunities (services, training, add-ons)
- Drive retention and expansion
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years experience in SaaS or B2B software sales
- Proven track record of closing deals and hitting targets
- Strong experience delivering live product demos
- Comfortable owning the full sales cycle
- Clear, confident communicator who can simplify technical concepts
Non-Negotiables
- Native (or fully fluent) English
- Available to work full EST hours (8:30am – 5:00pm)
- Confident presenting software live to prospects
