About the Role

We are seeking a Quantitative Developer with strong analytical skills and a background in mathematics, physics, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline. A deep passion for technology and software development is essential.

While experience with low-latency systems is beneficial, it is not strictly required. What matters most is a genuine interest in these areas. We value individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset and a belief that even the most complex problems can be solved.

This role is best suited for candidates based in or willing to relocate to London, as we believe in the value of working closely together in a collaborative, in-person environment.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the development of core infrastructure. You'll work closely with the founding team on critical technical challenges, taking ownership of key areas from the beginning. You’ll also have the chance to help shape your role and drive meaningful progress within the organization.

What You'll Work On

Enhancing and expanding low-latency connectivity and trading infrastructure

Optimizing the performance of a core pricing engine to maximize throughput

Improving network infrastructure to support fast and reliable data transmission

Designing, building, and testing new components related to high-frequency trading, trade monitoring, and risk management

Technical Skills We’re Looking For

Strong applied programming skills with at least 2 years of experience in Rust

Experience with data processing systems or latency-sensitive applications

Proficiency in writing high-performance, multi-threaded code

Background in building scalable, distributed systems

Understanding of database systems and ability to write basic SQL queries

Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and tools such as AWS, Git, and Docker
