Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Mid-Weight Digital Designer to join the in-house multi-disciplinary creative team of a global iGaming brand. The role involves working on high-profile campaigns spanning international markets including the UK, Europe, LATAM, and the USA.

The successful candidate will become part of a fast-growing brand recognised for its ethical approach and creative ambition within the gaming sector. Reporting directly to the UK Design Team Lead, the designer will collaborate closely with marketing, copywriters, external agencies, and other creative professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and produce digital marketing assets such as static and animated display banners, social media content, website hero banners, CRM assets, and landing pages

  • Create animations and video content using Adobe Animate, Bannerflow (or Creatopy), and After Effects

  • Work collaboratively with the Creative Lead, marketing teams, and external agencies to ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

  • Support print design projects including branded merchandise and direct mailers

  • Innovate using 3D software like Blender and AI tools to enhance digital marketing assets

  • Manage workload, deadlines, and quality assurance using project management tools such as ClickUp

  • Mentor junior designers and contribute positively to the creative team culture

  • Present creative concepts and final work confidently to internal stakeholders

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of digital campaign work, including both static and animated assets. Experience across international markets is advantageous. While prior experience in iGaming is not essential, an interest in the sector would be beneficial.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, Animate, InDesign

  • Practical experience with Bannerflow, Creatopy, or similar digital banner tools

  • Good understanding of UX/UI design principles and tools like Figma

  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects independently

  • Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills, able to develop ideas both independently and collaboratively

Desirable skills:

  • Experience with 3D design and animation software such as Blender or Cinema4D

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Freepik, Kling, Sora)

  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior creative team members
