Service Integration Manager / SIAM Lead

🚨 SIAM Lead (Service Integration & Management Lead) 🚨 Contract

📍 Job Location: Warwick, UK (Remote- once a week in onsite work in Warwick (Tuesdays)

📅 Initial 3-month contract with strong extension potential (up to 12 months+)

We're looking for an experienced SIAM Lead to drive Service Integration & Management across a complex multi-vendor environment.

Work Authorization: Candidates must currently have valid work rights in the UK.

We are currently prioritizing UK based candidates who can start quickly

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Define and implement SIAM operating model & governance framework

✅ Lead multi-vendor service integration and performance management

✅ Own end-to-end service delivery and operational excellence

✅ Drive Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management processes

✅ Manage SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, vendor reviews, and service improvement plans

✅ Engage with senior stakeholders and business leaders

✅ Ensure compliance, risk management, and service governance

🔹 Required Experience:

✔ Strong SIAM framework expertise

✔ Multi-supplier/vendor management experience

✔ ITIL v3/v4 knowledge

✔ ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools

✔ Cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, GCP)

✔ Agile, DevOps, and automation awareness

✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Service Management professional who has successfully led service integration across large-scale enterprise environments.
