Bluebird is currently supporting several early-stage SaaS businesses across London. Each is at that critical inflection point. Strong product. Early validation. Serious ambition. Now they need a founding commercial profile who wants more than a standard AE role.
This is about zero to one, about being in the room when key decisions are made, about building the market rather than inheriting it.
If you have previously been part of an early team and helped grow a region, launch a new market, or scale revenue from the ground up, you will understand the difference
Must haves
• Experience as an early commercial hire in a startup or scale-up environment
• Proven success building pipeline and closing new business without heavy structure or support
• Strong tenure history demonstrating commitment and real impact
• Evidence of helping shape go-to-market strategy rather than only executing an established playbook
• High ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity
Nice to haves
• Experience launching or scaling the UK market
• Exposure to complex mid-market or enterprise sales cycles
