We’re hiring for a global AdTech company launching a brand-new self-serve motion in the UK — and they’re looking for someone who’s proven they can generate pipeline and is now ready to take ownership of real revenue.

This is essentially a “BDR+ / Junior AE” role — designed for someone who’s outgrown pure prospecting and wants to own more of the sales cycle.
🎯 What you’ll be doing
- Owning outbound pipeline generation (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Running discovery calls with SMB clients & agencies
- Positioning a self-serve AdTech platform
- Guiding prospects from first touch → activation
- Operating in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Helping shape the GTM motion for this new segment
👤 Who this is perfect for
- SDR/BDR with 1–3 years experience who is consistently hitting/exceeding target
- Someone who wants to break into closing roles but hasn’t been given the chance yet
- A true hunter who enjoys outbound and picking up the phone
- Someone from a SaaS / tech background (AdTech not required)
