Web Delivery Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for a Web Delivery Consultant to join our growing delivery team at Bluelight. This is a broad and rewarding role where you will play a key part in delivering successful web projects from discovery through to go live and beyond.

Sitting at the intersection of consulting, delivery, and product adoption, you will work closely with clients to guide them through structured engagements, ensuring they adopt Bluelight’s web products (BlueCMS) and best practice approaches focusing on adopt over customise.

You will collaborate internally with project managers, functional consultants, data consultants, and our web development team to deliver high quality outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead the end to end delivery of web projects, managing scope, risks, and deliverables while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and structured delivery.

Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide clients in adopting BlueCMS, leading workshops, delivering training, and promoting a best-practice “adopt over customise” approach.

You will gather and translate requirements into scalable solutions aligned with Bluelight’s product model, while building strong stakeholder relationships and maintaining clear communication throughout.

In addition, you will ensure quality and governance standards are met, support UAT and compliance requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing delivery frameworks, sharing best practice, and supporting internal initiatives.
