BIM Technician

Attention all BIM Technicians!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced BIM Technician to join a leading engineering company in a permanent staff position. As the successful candidate you will be required to work on a flexible hybrid basis, from our client’s office in Manchester (3 days a week) – occasionally attending the office 5 days a week.

This is a great opportunity to work on a range of large and exciting stadium and arena projects, with an experienced and motivated team.

-Competitive salary ranging from £35,000-£40,000 (depending on experience).

-Hybrid working arrangement, generous annual leave, company pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

-Create and manage BIM models for stadium and arena projects using Revit.

-Use Navisworks to find and fix design clashes.

- Liaise closely with engineers and design teams.

-Work with engineers, architects, contractors, and authorities to keep projects on track.

-Update BIM models based on design changes and coordination meetings.

What we are looking for:

-Must have excellent Revit experience!

-Prior experience as a BIM Technician working on large scale projects, stadium or arena projects are a plus!

-Able to manage accurate and organised BIM models.

-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
