Automation Tester

Automation Tester – 6-Month Contract – Outside IR35

We’re looking for an experienced Automation Tester to join our client’s QA team on a 6-month contract, working remotely with occasional travel to Derbyshire.

You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks to ensure the quality and compliance of medical device software. Working closely with developers, manual testers, and product teams, you’ll help deliver robust, well-tested solutions.

Key skills & experience:

• Proven experience in automation testing using SmartBear TestComplete
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and the SDLC/STLC
• Proficient with JScript or C#Script, and Azure DevOps
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to quickly learn complex systems and hit the ground running

Contract details:

• 6-month contract
• Outside IR35
• Home-based, with occasional travel to Burton upon Trent
