Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to gather, clarify, and document business requirements, processes, and objectives
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to understand business needs
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with developers, solution architects, and project managers to shape effective solutions
  • Analyse and model business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Support the delivery of data and BI solutions including reporting, dashboards, and analytics platforms
  • Perform data analysis and validation to ensure solutions align with business requirements
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage the requirements lifecycle
  • Communicate technical concepts in clear, non-technical language to stakeholders
  • Maintain clear documentation including requirements, process flows, and analysis artefacts
  • Track requirements changes, risks, and dependencies throughout project delivery
  • Help ensure data quality, governance, and best practice standards are followed
