Overview
We are looking for a highly technical and commercially focused HubSpot Administrator to act as the strategic owner and architect of our HubSpot CRM platform. This role will be responsible for the full lifecycle of HubSpot — from architecture and optimisation through to advanced analytics, system integrations and CRM migrations for acquired businesses.
Supporting the entire Go-to-Market (GTM) organisation (Sales, Marketing and Client Management), this is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on building scalable CRM architecture, safeguarding data integrity and translating complex platform capabilities into revenue-driving outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Ownership & Administration (HubSpot)
- Own the HubSpot product roadmap, prioritising new features, enhancements, integrations and ongoing platform optimisation
- Lead and execute CRM system migrations for acquired businesses, integrating data and processes into a central HubSpot instance
- Act as the primary custodian of client data, ensuring data hygiene, enrichment, standardisation and governance
- Ensure HubSpot configurations and processes comply with global data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA)
- Manage user provisioning, permissions, field creation, custom objects and core system configuration
- Oversee and support the integration of new technologies and data sources in line with enterprise architecture standards
Marketing Operations & Advanced Analytics
- Design, implement and govern lead and intent scoring models, combining fit, behavioural and engagement criteria
- Audit and optimise marketing automation to build scalable campaign and nurture frameworks that improve funnel conversion
- Design and implement advanced analytics solutions including intent data capture and predictive propensity modelling, leveraging HubSpot AI and third-party platforms
- Partner with Marketing leadership to ensure accurate campaign reporting and correctly configured attribution models
Reporting, Analysis & Optimisation
- Design, build and maintain advanced dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing and Leadership teams
- Audit and optimise complex sales and marketing processes within HubSpot, embedding sales playbooks and nurture journeys directly into the CRM
- Support GTM strategy execution by configuring the platform to enable new initiatives and programmes
Change Management & Enablement
- Act as a trusted change agent, driving adoption of new processes and platform capabilities across GTM teams
- Develop training materials, documentation and enablement resources to support ongoing platform usage and improvement
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- Minimum of 3+ years’ hands-on experience as a HubSpot Administrator
- Proven experience managing HubSpot architecture, workflows, reporting and optimisation
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting CRM system migrations, ideally in the context of acquisitions
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related quantitative discipline (or equivalent experience)
Core Skillsets
- HubSpot Mastery (Essential): Deep experience across HubSpot Sales, Marketing and Service Hubs
- Data & Analytics: Strong Excel / Google Sheets capability and advanced use of HubSpot reporting and analytics tools
- Process Excellence: Expert ability to map, document and optimise complex sales and marketing processes within a CRM
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering training and technical documentation
- Compliance Awareness: Working knowledge of global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end B2B revenue lifecycle
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and key operational metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates and forecasting
