• Work closely with Business Analysts and technical teams to define As-Is and To-Be processes

• Act as a subject matter expert on operational processes, systems, and data journeys

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in process improvement, business analysis, or operational change roles

• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and customer journeys

• Experience leading teams and managing performance

• Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating requirements into solutions

• Experience delivering change, including testing, training, and implementation support

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and optimise processes

• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall delivery environments

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Why Apply?

• Opportunity to shape and mature a growing process improvement function

• High visibility role working across multiple business areas

• Blend of strategic and hands-on delivery responsibilities

• Collaborative, forward-thinking environment focused on continuous improvement

If you’re passionate about driving change, improving processes, and leading teams to deliver real business impact, we’d love to hear from you.
