We’re looking for a Process & Systems Improvement Partner to join a dynamic IT Projects team, supporting the delivery of business-critical change across operational areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders to improve processes, enhance systems, and drive real operational impact.

The Role

You’ll act as a key link between IT and the business, partnering with an assigned operational department to understand customer journeys, data flows, and end-to-end processes. You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering system and process improvements, while also identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

This is a highly collaborative role, ideal for someone with strong business analysis and change delivery experience, who enjoys being embedded within the business and making a tangible difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with operational teams to own and shape change roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business priorities

• Map and maintain customer journeys, process flows, and data journeys across the business

• Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Support the delivery of system and process changes, including testing, defect management, and hypercare

• Create and maintain process documentation, Local Work Instructions (LWIs), and training materials

• Deliver training and support adoption of new processes and systems

• Manage and maintain a change backlog, working with stakeholders to prioritise and deliver improvements

• Facilitate workshops and local change forums to gather requirements and identify opportunities

• Work closely with Business Analysts and technical teams to define As-Is and To-Be processes

• Act as a subject matter expert for systems, processes, and data within your assigned area

• Analyse and implement smaller-scale improvements and non-system process changes end-to-end

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operational change roles

• Strong understanding of end-to-end processes, customer journeys, and data flows

• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the business

• Experience supporting change delivery, including testing, training, and implementation

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions

• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall environments

• Strong communication and documentation skills

Why Apply?

• Opportunity to work in a cross-functional, high-impact role

• Exposure to both business and IT change initiatives

• Hands-on involvement in process improvement and transformation

• Collaborative environment with strong stakeholder engagement

If you’re passionate about improving processes, working closely with the business, and delivering meaningful change, this role offers a great opportunity to make a real impact.
