  • Travel to regional sites as required to support and train local teams
  • Maintain clear documentation of system changes, processes, and configurations
  • Ensure backup and disaster recovery processes are robust and tested regularly
  • Contribute to BAU support, including desktop support, software deployment, and routine maintenance

What We're Looking For:

  • Solid experience in infrastructure or technical support roles, ideally with exposure to mentoring or leading junior staff
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Azure administration
  • Knowledge of networking and SD-WAN (Cisco Meraki or Unifi preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with VMware, Windows Server, backup solutions (Veeam/Altaro), and cyber security tools (Sophos, Forcepoint)
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving business and technical environments
  • Excellent communication skills – able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when needed

Bonus if You Have:

  • Certifications such as ITIL, PRINCE2, Azure Admin, VMware, or Microsoft 365 Admin
  • Experience with telephony platforms (Teams or 8x8) and mobile device management

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced and evolving IT team, offering hands-on project exposure and the chance to make a meaningful impact.
