Junior Graphic Designer – Guildford, Surrey

£24,420 - £30,000 plus benefits

Our client is a highly successful technology focused business, and they are looking to recruit a Junior Graphic Designer to join their team in Guildford. As the Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll be involved in creating the visual identity of the company and their market leading brands that they distribute, creating work across their social media, websites, ads, email campaigns, and print platforms.

Junior Graphic Designer Duties

• Designing scroll-stopping visuals for social media, email campaigns, and print
• Creating and updating website assets, from bold homepage banners to slick product visuals and UI icons
• Working on digital ad campaigns for Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and more
• Collaborating with the marketing team to produce branded content that sparks engagement and drives clicks
• Working with vendors to create co-branded graphics and keep visuals consistent across campaigns
• Jumping into UX/UI projects, helping refine the customer journey on their website with Figma

What you’ll need to bring:

• A sharp eye for detail- layout, typography, and visual hierarchy are your natural language
• Working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with Figma – or the curiosity to learn it quickly
• A portfolio that shows your creative personality, whether that’s from coursework, passion projects, or freelance work
• Curiosity about how design impacts performance - you love the idea of making visuals that not only look good but work
• A proactive, positive mindset - you take ownership and bring fresh ideas to the table
