This newly created role has been established due to continued business growth and increasing demand for asset capture, lifecycle planning, and technical compliance services. Working across multiple UK contracts, you'll help ensure asset data is accurate, compliant, and supports safe, efficient service delivery.

The Role
As the Asset Manager, you'll:
- Manage and maintain accurate asset registers across multiple Hard FM contracts nationwide.
- Carry out asset verification and validation surveys to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Produce lifecycle plans, condition surveys, asset performance reports, and replacement strategies.
- Support the mobilisation of new contracts by establishing asset data and planned maintenance programmes.
- Undertake technical asset management activities including thermal imaging, energy surveys, and Single Point of Failure (SPOF) assessments.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, EOPs, and asset management procedures.
- Conduct technical compliance audits and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Deliver training on CAFM systems and technical processes where required.
- Build strong relationships with operational teams and clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
- Support multiple client projects across the UK through regular national travel.
To be successful in the role of Asset Manager, you'll bring:
- A Mechanical or Electrical qualification (HNC/HND or equivalent preferred).
- Experience within Hard FM, Building Services, Technical Asset Management, Compliance, or Mobilisation.
- Strong understanding of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), asset lifecycle management, and statutory compliance.
- Experience using CAFM/EAM platforms, with IBM Maximo highly desirable.
- Experience supporting contract mobilisations, asset verification, or technical project delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the confidence to engage directly with clients.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
