This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Back End or Full Stack Developer with a robust background in commercial web and application development, to join the talented team at Bolser, delivering exceptional digital solutions for some of the world’s biggest brands, including Microsoft, Xbox, Budweiser, RAF Museum, and the Football Foundation.

What You'll Do

- Build and maintain backend services

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS or Azure

- Write well-tested, production-ready code using modern development practices

- Collaborate with designers and developers to deliver client projects end-to-end

- Review code, pair with colleagues, and help establish standards across the agency

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of professional backend development experience

- Strong PHP skills — with CMS development platform experience

- Experience building APIs and backend services eg Node.js/TypeScript

- Cloud platform experience — AWS or Azure

- Database proficiency
