Software Analyst Developer - Hybrid - Poole- Up to £45,000 DOE

We're looking for a proactive Software Analyst Developer to join a busy and forward-thinking IT team in Poole.You'll play a key part in maintaining and enhancing core business systems, developing integration workflows (ETL), and implementing innovative technical solutions.This is a hands-on position where you'll collaborate across departments to deliver reliable, high-quality IT systems that drive efficiency and business growth.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, adapt, and support business applications and integrations.
• Create and maintain APIs, web services, and automation workflows.
• Champion Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Forms, Power Automate).
• Work across multiple projects from design to delivery.

Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in MS SQL, SSRS, SSIS, and C# (Blazor).
• Experience with GitHub, Visual Studio, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Business Central, and FileMaker is an advantage.
