Training & Development Specialist -Christchurch- Hybrid - Up to £48,000
Are you passionate about delivering top-quality training and providing expert user support within complex operational environments? We are looking for a skilled Trainer & Support Specialist to join a dynamic Support & Training Team, responsible for driving effective ERP adoption across multiple business functions including Engineering, Logistics, Procurement, and Finance.

- Designing and delivering engaging, hands-on ERP training programmes tailored to different teams and skill levels.
- Providing expert user support by acting as the goto person for troubleshooting and answering ERP-related questions.
- Training in person at the company's headquarters and various UK and international sites.
- Collaborating closely with change management and business teams to ensure training reflects the latest processes and system updates.
- Maintaining and improving training materials and delivery methods to maximise learning effectiveness.
- Representing the user community in regular meetings with software developers, sharing feedback, and helping shape future improvements.
