Business Analyst (Corporate Actions)

Role: Business Analyst

Client: Investment Bank

Location: London, full time in office

Rate: up to £600 per day (Inside IR35)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within corporate actions, asset servicing, or post‐trade environments
• Strong understanding of corporate action event types, data flows, and downstream impacts
• Hands‐on experience working with middleware teams (API, messaging, integration layers)
• Knowledge of data transformation processes (ISO 15022/20022, XML, JSON, mapping, enrichment)
• Ability to use SQL for data analysis, querying, and validating corporate actions and integration datasets
• Exposure to cloud‐based solutions and modern integration patterns
• Skilled in process mapping, gap analysis, and documenting end‐to‐end workflows
• Experience collaborating with vendors and internal technology teams
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‐management skills
• Comfortable supporting testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and operational readiness activities
