Business Analyst (Corporate Actions)

Role: Corporate Actions Business Analyst

Client: Investment Bank

Location: London, 4 days in office

Contract duration: 6 months rolling

Rate: up to £600 (inside IR35)

Requirements:

• Assist with the onboarding and integration of third-party corporate actions platforms and vendors.
• Collect, analye, and document business and functional requirements across the corporate actions domain.
• Extensive understanding of middleware, system interfaces, and integration processes.
• Collaborate closely with business, operations, architecture, and engineering teams to establish target processes and system workflows.
• Document current and future state processes across corporate actions operations and supporting technology systems.
• Strong SQL Skills
