Business Technology Analyst

We are currently supporting a global investment bank in their search for a Technology Analyst to sit in the Technology COO office, acting as a bridge between IT and the business. This role offers broad exposure to a variety of areas of the bank, and requires excellent stakeholder communication and engagements skill.

Salary: £60,000-70,000

Location: Moorgate - 3 days in office

Responsibilities:

• Support COO with day‐to‐day operations and strategic projects.
• Create clear presentations and communications for senior management.
• Own Technology communication strategy and intranet (incl. AI tools).
• Translate complex technical topics into simple business language.
• Act as ambassador for Technology, promoting collaboration and strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

• Communications experience in a tech‐focused environment (ideally banking).
• Strong grasp of technology operations and core banking functions.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and storytelling skills.
• Structured, detail‐oriented, able to work under pressure and challenge the status quo.
