Cyber Security Delivery Lead (Contract->Perm)

Role: Cyber Security Project Manager (Contract, Inside IR35), then converting to Permanent staff with the client.

Location: London, Liverpool Street (5 days in office)

Contract length: 6 months

Rate: Up to £600 per day

• Lead delivery of multiple cyber initiatives including directory services end‐of‐life remediation, privileged access platform upgrades, and enterprise DLP enhancement programmes
• Strong grounding in technical environments - ideally cyber security; infrastructure background also highly valuable
• Proven ability to operate independently, drive progress, and remove blockers without escalation
• Experience working within large, complex organisations; financial services or banking exposure highly advantageous
• Drive project execution across security, infrastructure, and architecture teams, ensuring milestones are met without hand‐holding
• Own planning, RAID management, stakeholder updates, and governance reporting across complex technical workstreams
• Coordinate with engineering, cyber operations, and third‐party vendors to ensure smooth implementation and transition to BAU
• Oversee testing, cutover planning, and change management for security tooling and infrastructure upgrades
• Ensure all project artefacts, documentation, and controls meet regulatory and organisational standards
