Offensive Security Lead (Red Team)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Red Team Lead to join a global investment bank. In this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the structure of the red team operations, including the training and mentoring of team members, and the development and execution of comprehensive penetration testing plans.
Key Skills
- Must be experienced across information technology and information security, with recent experience in offensive security, red teaming, advanced penetration testing, or closely related disciplines
- Proven track record of leading Red Team engagements, adversary simulations, or advanced penetration testing activities in complex enterprise environments
- Deep familiarity with command-and-control frameworks (e.g. Cobalt Strike, Mythic, Sliver), or functionally equivalent tooling, including evasion techniques and post-exploitation tradecraft
- Advanced proficiency in one or more scripting or programming languages (e.g. Python, PowerShell, Bash, C/C++), or demonstrably equivalent development capability
- Expert understanding of Windows and Linux internals, Active Directory, and network architecture, or comparable operating systems, identity platforms, and large-scale environments
- Experience with vulnerability research, exploit development, threat emulation, or closely related offensive research and simulation activities
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP, NIST or equivalent industry frameworks and models
