Enterprise Sales Manager

We’re looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team remotely. Our ideal candidate knows the apprenticeship space and thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments. In return, you’ll help drive a movement that equips people with the skills they need to succeed in the age of GenAI. As part of the UK Sales team, you’ll be responsible for building a new-business pipeline and securing apprenticeship starts on Boom Training by Turing College’s Level 4–6 Data & AI pathways within the enterprise organisations.

  • Location: UK (remote)
  • Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £120k)

How you'll contribute 🐝

  • Own the full 360° sales cycle – prospect, qualify, demo, propose, negotiate and close contracts.
  • Target Account Strategy – build and prioritise a book of FTSE‐350, large public‐sector and high‐growth tech accounts with apprenticeship‐levy budgets >£500k.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – engage CHROs, L&D Directors, CTOs, Heads of Data & AI to diagnose skills gaps and position Boom/Turing pathways as strategic solutions.
  • Levy & Compliance Guidance – advise clients on Skills England funding rules, Ofsted expectations and levy draw‐down to accelerate decision cycles.
  • Forecasting & Reporting – maintain a consistent pipeline in Salesforce CRM; deliver accurate weekly forecasts and insights.
  • Cross‐functional Collaboration – feed market intelligence to product and marketing; co‐host events, webinars and content campaigns.
  • Customer Handover – ensure smooth transition to onboarding and delivery teams, safeguarding learner experience and retention.

Desired qualifications 💼

  • Apprenticeship Sales Track Record: 3+ years exceeding quota selling UK apprenticeship standards (Digital, Data, Tech or Leadership).
  • Data & AI Literacy: able to hold credible conversations on data analytics, data engineering, MLOps and emerging AI tooling.
  • Consultative/MEDDIC Methodology: expert in discovery, ROI modelling, proposal crafting and multi‐stakeholder negotiation.
  • Network: existing relationships with enterprise HR/L&D leaders, especially in finance, retail, healthcare and public sector.
  • Levy & ESFA/Skills England Knowledge: practical understanding of funding, compliance and quality frameworks.

Desirable Extras

  • STEM degree or professional certification in data science/AI.
  • Prior experience launching new apprenticeship standards and influencing IfATE trailblazer groups.
  • Exposure to SaaS or EdTech solution selling environments.
  • Tools: HubSpot (or Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong/Chorus, modern outbound sequencing platforms.
