Front End Developer | Public Sector Contract

£330 - £340 per day (Inside IR35)

We're seeking experienced Front End Developer to join a major public sector programme delivering user-centred digital services. Working within agile, multidisciplinary teams, you'll help shape and build greenfield applications that improve outcomes for citizens across key government services. Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript and Node.js (Express/Fastify)
• Experience working with AWS and/or Azure cloud environments
• Knowledge of GDS standards, patterns and WCAG accessibility requirements
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Strong unit testing experience using frameworks such as Jest or Mocha
• Experience integrating APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases and caching technologies such as Redis
• Passion for developing clean, secure and maintainable code
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams and contributing to technical design and solution development [142 - DWP Developer | Word], [143 - DWP Developer | Word]
