Activation Lead | Telecoms Network Deployment

3 month contract

We are looking for an experienced Activation Lead to support the delivery of large-scale mobile network deployment programmes. The role will focus on coordinating the activation of new and upgraded RAN sites, managing stakeholders, suppliers and dependencies to ensure successful delivery against programme targets.

Experience Required

• Proven experience within Telecoms Network Deployment, RAN Delivery or Site Activation environments.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end RAN/site activation life cycle.
• Experience coordinating multiple suppliers, vendors and internal stakeholders
• Ability to manage delivery forecasts, risks, escalations and operational reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience working within fast-paced network rollout or transformation programmes.

Desirable

• Experience working with UK mobile operators such as Vodafone, Three, EE or Virgin Media O2.
• Knowledge of 4G/5G network deployment and integration.
• Background in mobile network operations, deployment or service delivery.

This position would suit a candidate currently working as a RAN Activation Lead, Network Deployment Manager, Integration Manager, Deployment Lead or Telecoms Delivery Manager.
