ERP Functional Consultant (IFS) - Permanent Position

Role Overview

You'll act as a key business and system link-analysing, mapping, and optimizing business processes (Finance, Manufacturing, Service/Rental, Supply Chain, etc.) while configuring and supporting ERP systems such as IFS, INFOR, or Microsoft Dynamics. Although the focus is functional, the role involves exposure to implementation, software, technical, and finance ERP specializations.

Core Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes and requirements.
• Configure and implement ERP solutions to meet business needs.
• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with technical teams for customizations.
• Manage data integrity and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Produce detailed documentation: process maps, specifications, test plans, and training materials.

Key Skills & Experience

• ERP expertise: IFS, INFOR, Microsoft Dynamics.
• Business process mapping: Documenting as-is and to-be workflows.
• Requirements analysis: Translating business needs into technical specifications.
• System configuration & testing.
• Training & documentation.
• Data analysis: Using tools like Excel or Power BI.
• Problem-solving & communication.

Essential Criteria

• Degree (IT, Business Administration, or related).
• Proven ERP experience (IFS, INFOR, or MS Dynamics).
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Desirable Criteria

• Prior business experience in a similar role.
• SQL/PLSQL knowledge for data management or integration.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.
