Role Purpose:

We are seeking a Practice Lead/Principal Consultant to lead our Data & Analytics Business Unit. This is a senior leadership position at the forefront of Venture's strategy, responsible for driving our data vision, shaping client solutions, and leading delivery excellence.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Head up Venture's Data & Analytics practice, defining and executing the growth strategy.Lead complex data transformation programmes for enterprise clients, ensuring best-in-class delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders on data, AI, and analytics strategy.
• Mentor, build, and grow a high-performing consulting team.Work across industries to design and deliver modern Microsoft-based data platforms and analytics solution that drive business transformation.
• Drive business development and pre-sales - shaping proposals, presenting solutions to clients, owning key relationships, and helping to build a sustainable pipeline to scale the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the roadmap for the growth of Venture's Data & Analytics Practice.
• Lead client engagements from discovery to delivery across large-scale transformation programmes.
• Architect and design solutions leveraging:Microsoft Fabric & Power BI for enterprise reporting and self-service analytics.
• Data Warehousing, Big Data, and Cloud-native development approaches.
• Copilot and AI capabilities to drive intelligent automation and insights.
• Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Power Platform integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ERP, CRM, Power Platform) to deliver end-to-end business outcomes.
• Stay ahead of Microsoft's product roadmap and industry trends, embedding innovation into client solutions.
• Represent Venture as a thought leader in the Microsoft ecosystem, speaking at events and contributing to partner development.

What You'll Bring:

Essential

• Proven track record in leading Data & Analytics transformations at scale (8+ years).
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data services, and modern data architectures.
• Strong background in Data Warehousing, Big Data, AI/ML, and intelligent automation.
• Excellent consulting and stakeholder management skills - able to influence at C-level.

Desirable

• Experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or Power Platform.
• Demonstrated success in large-scale, multi-industry business transformations.
• Leadership experience in building and scaling consulting practices.
• Microsoft certifications across Data & AI and/or Dynamics are highly desirable.
