We partner with large international organisations, supporting them on their transformation journeys by defining IT strategies and designing future operating models. As part of our continued rapid growth, we are looking for a Practice Director - Microsoft Dynamics to join our leadership team and play a key role in the next phase of our journey.
This role is ideal for someone who has built a successful consulting career and is looking to take the next step in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, with the opportunity to shape both their role and the wider practice.
The Role
You will bring deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and take ownership of client delivery, leading large-scale transformation programmes while developing new and existing client relationships.
You will be involved across the full life cycle: from initial engagement through to delivery and realisation, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and a key escalation point across programmes.
Programme Delivery
- Operate as a senior leader across functions, technologies, and geographies within large, blue chip organisations
- 10+ years' experience, with at least 8 years operating at Manager or Senior Manager level, managing both consulting and client-side teams
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from analysts through to C-suite
- Proven ability to shape and build high-performing teams by identifying and engaging the right internal and external resources
- Extensive experience across the full Microsoft Dynamics implementation life cycle, including team development and delivery governance
- Strong programme management capability - strategic in outlook but comfortable operating hands-on when required
Business Development
- Account ownership and responsibility for the successful delivery and growth of client engagements
- Strong pre-sales experience, including securing new business, developing proposals, and managing commercial contracting
- Act as a key partner contact within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem, building and maintaining strategic relationships
- Extensive experience in vendor and partner management processes
IT Advisory & Technical Consulting
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics (eg Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, CE, Business Central)
- Provide strategic and functional advisory services to large organisations, with the credibility and gravitas to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience defining and implementing delivery methodologies and project governance frameworks

You bring proven experience delivering complex, technology-enabled transformation programmes centred on Microsoft Dynamics, and you are comfortable operating at both strategic and detailed levels.

Typical Responsibilities
- Leading multiple delivery teams across Microsoft Dynamics solution implementations
- Managing international transformation programme rollouts
- Driving pre-sales and business development activities
- Delivering Microsoft Dynamics solutions to enterprise clients
- Advising clients on transformation and implementation strategies
- Owning and signing off all stages of the implementation life cycle (requirements, design, build, test, change management, go-live, support)
- Reporting directly to C-level sponsors and managing multiple senior stakeholders
- Leading stakeholder engagement and driving adoption of enterprise solutions
- Contributing to technical strategy, including hands-on involvement in solution design where required
- Managing end-to-end vendor processes (RFI, RFP/ITT, negotiation, selection, business case development, contracting, and delivery oversight)
