Title: Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Salary/Package: £65k-£80k + Equity

They’re making waves in the fintech space, bridging the gap between financial and sustainability data. Their platform makes it way easier for private equity, VC, and government-backed funds to handle everything from financials to ESG analysis and reporting — all in one slick, automated system.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be right in the thick of it, building cool stuff and shaping the future of their product:

• Crafting slick, user-facing features with React , TypeScript , Node , and Postgres
• Designing reusable systems that keep the whole thing running smooth
• Supercharging your workflow with AI-assisted dev tools
• Collaborating with the CTO on big-picture architecture
• Balancing the art of moving fast while still planning for scale
• Bringing your voice to a culture that values ownership, autonomy, and product-first thinking

What They’re Looking For

They want someone who can hit the ground running — ideally, you’ll bring:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in modern web dev
• Strong skills in React , Node.js , and TypeScript — and a sharp eye for product quality
• Experience building scalable backend systems with AWS
• A thoughtful planner who doesn’t waste time getting things done
