As a Revenue Operations & Growth Manager, you'll own our revenue tech stack and unlock smarter, faster growth. This role sits at the intersection of operations, data, and experimentation — perfect for someone who loves building systems, improving processes, and turning insights into action. Your work will directly drive how fast we grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimise the full revenue tech stack (CRM, automation, attribution, analytics, reporting).
  • Build clean, enriched data pipelines to give sales and marketing the information they need to move quickly.
  • Run growth experiments end-to-end — from idea to execution to analysis.
  • Create clear, accurate reporting across the funnel, helping the team understand what's working and what's not.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product to support revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Continuously improve processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A genuine love of data, tooling, and systems.
  • Experience running a modern GTM stack (HubSpot, Zapier, Make, Clay, analytics tools, etc.).
  • Comfort designing and interpreting experiments.
  • A bias for clarity, structure, and getting things done.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and the confidence to suggest better ways of doing things.
  • Enthusiastic about AI tools and workflows and wanting to test new tools.
  • Interest in financial services, fintech, or foreign-exchange markets is a plus.
