Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document business requirements for service management initiatives.
- Translate business needs into actionable IT deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Support end-to-end service management rollouts, including requirement gathering, process design, and implementation.
- Partner with IT teams to ensure smooth integration of service management solutions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to business transformation projects by identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Service Management.
- Strong background in business transformation and service management rollouts.
- Proven ability to capture requirements and translate them into IT solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to ServiceNow or similar service management platforms.
- Experience in ITIL frameworks and best practices.
- Knowledge of enterprise service delivery models.
