  • Working with Intune, Autopilot/SCCM, Citrix and ServiceNow

  • Building, configuring, replacing and troubleshooting laptops and desktop equipment

  • Taking ownership of hardware refreshes, migrations, office moves and related projects

  • Writing and improving technical procedures, user guides and knowledge-base documentation

  • Working with infrastructure, security, facilities, suppliers and other technology teams

What we are looking for:

  • Strong recent second and third-line desktop-support experience

  • Genuine hands-on Nexthink experience within an end-user computing environment

  • Experience supporting senior executives or VIP users

  • Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills

  • Experience with Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange, Intune and endpoint deployment tools

  • Evidence of personally delivering hardware refreshes, Windows migrations, device rollouts or office moves

  • Experience writing technical procedures or support documentation

  • The ability to take ownership and deliver work independently

  • Strong communication skills and a polished, professional approach

  • A stable employment history

Please note:

This is a full-time contract requiring five days per week onsite in London W1. The rate is fixed at 40 per hour Inside IR35 through the agency's nominated umbrella company. Overtime, when required and authorised, is paid at time and a half.

Please apply only if you have hands-on Nexthink experience and are comfortable with the rate, Inside IR35 arrangement and five-day onsite requirement.
