AI Product Engineer - Internal Tools & GPT Systems

About the Role

We’re looking for a technically sharp AI Product Engineer to help us build and scale the internal systems that power a new kind of decision intelligence company.

You’ll work closely with the founder and our technical architect to turn structured logic into operational tools — using ChatGPT (OpenAI) and advanced workflows to build agent-based systems, internal dashboards, and strategic infrastructure.

This isn’t prompt hacking. This is structured architecture.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal tools for workflow management, decision logic, and automation.

• Develop and test GPT-based workflows using OpenAI’s API and related tooling.

• Translate structured frameworks into code-based systems — working from strategic diagrams, logic trees, and behavioural patterns.

• Collaborate with product, strategy, and technical teams to deploy clean, scalable solutions.

• Ensure outputs are consistent, version-controlled, and compounding over time.

You Should Have

• Strong proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or similar LLM orchestration tools.

• Strong understanding of prompt structure, system design, and GPT behaviour tuning.

• Ability to build simple internal UIs or backend logic (no full-stack required).

• Excellent communication and ability to think like a systems architect, not just a coder.

Bonus If You Have

• Experience building internal AI tools or agent-based workflows.

• Familiarity with vector stores, embeddings, and chaining frameworks.

• A mindset obsessed with structure, reuse, and long-term IP value.

• A portfolio or code samples that demonstrate clarity and architectural thinking.
