Sales Associate — PropTech Analytics Startup (Commission-Only)
About us
We are an early-stage behavioural analytics firm working with estate agents and private vendors in the London prime residential property market. We quantify pricing and execution failures across named agencies and sell evidence-led intelligence and managed execution engagements.
The role
Expand our B2B pipeline into London estate agencies. You will:
- Identify and approach principals, directors, and branch owners at target agencies
- Book qualified meetings for the founder
- Support pitch delivery using pre-built materials and a defined engagement protocol
- Maintain outbound cadence and pipeline hygiene
This is not a high-volume cold-calling role. It is evidence-led, low-volume, high-precision outreach — each interaction uses agency-specific performance data as the opener.
Compensation
Commission-only, uncapped. Structured across three stages:

10% of first-month fee
Qualified meeting booked
20% of first-month fee
Active close
35% of first-month fee
Full contract-value information and earnings modelling shared at first conversation.
About you
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience — property sector preferred, or comparable professional services / B2B SaaS
- Comfortable approaching senior operators and principals directly
- Evidence-led, low-volume, high-precision in style — not a cold-call churn operator
- London-based or able to attend London meetings regularly
- Self-employed / commission-only structure is acceptable to you
