This isn't a generalist role at a generalist agency — you'll go deep on SEO every day, surrounded by people who do the same.
The role
Reporting to our Head of SEO, you'll take ownership of SEO strategy across a portfolio of international clients — from technical audits and keyword research through to link acquisition and analytics reporting. You'll also collaborate with our PPC, content, and social teams, and contribute to new business pitches.
• Build, manage, and execute multi-channel SEO strategies for international clients
• Lead keyword research and content gap analysis across multiple campaigns
• Develop and implement link-building strategies — from auditing existing profiles to outreach
• Own weekly and quarterly reporting via Google Analytics and Search Console
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PPC, content, and social teams
• Contribute to new business proposals and client presentations
What we're looking for
• 3+ years in an SEO-focused role (agency experience a plus, not a requirement)
• Hands-on technical SEO experience — site audits, crawl analysis, Core Web Vitals
• Confident in link building — strategy, outreach, and profile auditing
• Proficiency with: Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, Majestic, Search Console, GA4, GTM
• Google Analytics individual qualification (or equivalent working knowledge)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into client recommendations
• UK work authorisation required
