Self-Employed Recruitment Consultant 

Bradford & Marsh Consulting is expanding. We're looking for an experienced recruiter who wants the freedom of working for themselves without the admin, or overhead that usually comes with it.

You bring the billings. We provide the platform.

What you get:

Fully remote working. Full access to our internal systems and job board credits across the major boards. Company email, phone system, and LinkedIn presence. A branded laptop provided (cost repayable from future billings). All invoicing, credit control, and client chasing handled by us. A proper brand to work under. Two experienced founders to bounce deals off when you need a second pair of eyes.

What we're looking for:

A proven recruiter with a live desk or network you can activate quickly. Someone who wants autonomy but values being part of something credible.

Sectors we cover:

Financial services, legal, insurance, and managed IT are our strongest areas, though we're open to recruiters with established desks in adjacent professional services.
