Senior Technical Manager
Bradley David Associates is seeking a Senior Technical Manager to lead our clients technical department, driving innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth across global event production operations.
This is a leadership role where you’ll oversee technical strategy, manage international teams, and ensure technology and processes remain industry-leading.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and develop the technical department strategy
- Oversee all technical aspects of event delivery
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Advise senior stakeholders on technology and investment decisions
Operations & Team Management
- Manage and mentor technical teams across the UK and USA
- Coordinate workloads and ensure efficient project delivery
- Maintain high standards across warehouse and onsite operations
- Ensure consistency across international teams
Budget & Financial Oversight
- Manage technical budgets and forecasting
- Oversee procurement, outsourcing, and supplier negotiations
- Report financial performance and forecasts to leadership
Asset & Inventory Management
- Oversee technical inventory systems and asset tracking
- Ensure equipment is maintained, compliant, and ready for deployment
- Forecast equipment needs and manage lifecycle (purchase/disposal)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership experience within the events or AV industry
- Advanced technical knowledge (AV, streaming, networking, infrastructure)
- Experience managing teams and international operations
- Strong financial and budget management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of compliance and health & safety standards
