Change Analyst

As a Change Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful organizational change initiatives across Sysco GB. Your mission? To analyze potential impacts, develop effective change plans, and support our stakeholders every step of the way. You’ll be the bridge that connects local teams with our broader program, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption of new systems and processes.

This is a home-based position with regular travel for external meetings and visits to Sysco sites across the UK, primarily in London and the Southeast.

• Support the delivery of change management strategies for process changes and digital transformations across our operating companies.
• Utilize Prosci change management principles to drive user adoption and mitigate resistance (training will be provided).
• Assist in the development of communication plans, training programs, and engagement strategies to support transformation.
• Collaborate with change leads, project teams, business leaders, and end-users to identify change impacts and facilitate smooth transitions.
• Maintain change logs, analysis, and stakeholder maps.
• Conduct readiness assessments and define action plans for successful adoption.
• Track KPIs to measure change effectiveness and user adoption rates.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching for key stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks related to change management and user adoption.
• Provide post-implementation support to ensure continuous improvement and adoption.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Proven analytical experience, ideally in change management, project management, or transformation programs.
• A problem-solving mindset and strong people skills.
• Excellent communication abilities to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and project management tools.
• Experience in supporting change initiatives within complex organizations or business improvement projects is a plus.
