We’re partnering with a major global energy trading organisation to appoint an Allegro ETRM Business Solutions Lead based in London. Covering Crude Oil, Refined Products, Natural Gas, LNG, and Power across physical and financial trading, this is a rare opportunity to own the ETRM function at the heart of a fast-moving, expanding business.

You’ll work as the lead ETRM Allegro subject matter expert across Front, Middle, and Back Office owning system design, change delivery, and process optimisation across a complex, multi-commodity trading environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as the lead ETRM subject matter expert across the full trading business, covering Front, Middle, and Back Office
• Own business-led design, configuration, and change delivery of ETRM solutions across the full trade lifecycle
• Lead process optimisation initiatives across trading, operations, and finance to reduce manual effort and strengthen controls
• Drive role-based training and consistent ETRM adoption across UK and US teams
• Manage stakeholder relationships across Trading, Risk, Operations, Finance, IT, and external vendors

What They Need

• Allegro ETRM experience strongly preferred — Endur, RightAngle, or other E/CTRM platforms also considered
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle across physical and financial products — deal capture, valuation, settlement, and reporting
• Proven Front-to-Back Office experience across energy trading operations or ETRM business analysis
• Strong commodities knowledge across oil, gas, power, and/or LNG markets
• Experience leading ETRM implementations, upgrades, and process optimisation initiatives
• Hands-on, delivery-driven communicator — able to translate complexity into clear, actionable guidance
