The Role
My client is seeking a Technical Integration Manager with a strong logical mindset and an eye for detail. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of product, technology, and client delivery.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting key client onboarding, shaping how integrations are configured, and building workflow automations using the platform’s no-code capabilities.
A core part of the role will involve supporting one of the client’s largest enterprise accounts — managing daily technical requests, deploying new environments, and delivering solutions in collaboration with external technical teams.
The position also includes contributing to product development by building third-party integrations, testing reusable templates, and helping create automation that drives real customer value.

Key Responsibilities
Integration & Template Development
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to scope, test, and launch new third-party integrations
- Build no-code workflows and templates that demonstrate key automation use cases
- Interpret API documentation and client logic requirements into scalable, reusable workflows
- Maintain and optimise the internal library of templates and integrations
Client Onboarding & Support
- Act as the technical point of contact during onboarding for new customers
- Provide hands-on support to strategic accounts — including setup, troubleshooting, and custom workflow creation
- Help define and improve a product-led onboarding experience to reduce time-to-value
- Work closely with Customer Success and Sales to ensure seamless transitions from pre-sales through to full adoption
Candidate Profile
Essential Experience
- 2+ years in a technical role (e.g. integrations, technical support, product operations, SaaS onboarding)
- Strong logical reasoning and technical problem-solving skills
- Understanding of how APIs function and how systems connect
- Experience with no-code/low-code tools or workflow automation platforms
- Ability to communicate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience within the iGaming sector
- Background in scripting, integrations, or technical product management
- Conceptual understanding of REST APIs, JSON, or Webhooks
- Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tooling
