SEO & UX Lead
We are working with a growing player in the e-commerce arena that is looking for a proactive SEO & UX Lead to take ownership of their UK and international websites, driving improvements in performance, user experience and organic search visibility. This is a hands-on role within a small, collaborative team, offering the opportunity to shape site structure, optimise content and enhance the customer journey across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities – SEO & UX Lead- Owning the SEO strategy for UK and international sites, covering technical, on-page and link-building activity
- Leading UX improvements across desktop and mobile, enhancing navigation, layout and page speed
- Working closely with developers to improve site structure and usability
- Monitoring performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog
- Identifying and implementing technical fixes to boost rankings and site performance
- Planning and executing content optimisation projects in line with SEO goals
- Testing and refining user journeys to maximise conversions
- Overseeing paid search activity to ensure alignment with organic strategy
- 2–4 years’ experience in SEO, UX or website optimisation
- Strong understanding of SEO best practice, tools and analytics platforms
- Proven track record of improving site usability and conversion
- Confident managing multiple websites and prioritising workload effectively
- Comfortable working with developers and using data to drive decisions
- Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a small, fast-moving team
