Our platform is lightweight to implement, deployable via publisher network tags or Google Tag Manager, with rapid speed to market.

As we move from startup to scale-up, we’re looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Campaign Coordinator / Partnership Manager to support campaign execution, manage SMB advertisers, and ensure operational excellence across our growing partner network.

Role Overview

This is a hybrid operations and partnerships role.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Setting up and managing advertiser campaigns end-to-end
  • Ensuring tracking, commissioning and user journeys are working seamlessly
  • Managing relationships with SMB advertisers
  • Supporting commercial growth through strong organisation and execution

You’ll work closely with Account Management, Sales, Product and Tech to ensure campaigns launch smoothly, perform strongly, and deliver measurable value to our retailer partners.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Setup & Operations
  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup for advertiser offers across retailer hosts
  • Oversee advertiser onboarding, including asset collection, offer approvals and technical setup
  • Implement and test tracking to ensure commission rates and conversions are accurately recorded
  • QA user journeys to ensure a seamless on-site customer experience
  • Troubleshoot tracking or performance issues in collaboration with technical teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and campaign records

2. Advertiser & SMB Partnership Management

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with SMB advertisers
  • Secure commercial terms, content, creative assets and agreed commission rates
  • Ensure offers are competitive and aligned with retailer objectives
  • Act as primary point of contact for operational and performance queries
  • Identify opportunities to grow advertiser participation across additional hosts

3. Performance Monitoring & Optimisation

  • Monitor campaign performance (CTRs, EPCs, CVRs, revenue per customer, etc.)
  • Ensure commission rates are tracking correctly and payouts are aligned
  • Provide optimisation recommendations to improve performance
  • Conduct competitor analysis of offers to ensure BrandSwap placements remain compelling and commercially strong
  • Identify trends and share insights with internal teams

4. Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Account Managers to support retailer campaign delivery
  • Collaborate with Sales to onboard new advertisers smoothly
  • Partner with Product and Tech teams to improve processes and tracking reliability
  • Help build scalable processes as BrandSwap grows

Experience

  • 1–4+ years experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing, retail media, e-commerce, campaign operations, or account coordination
  • Experience managing campaigns end-to-end, including setup and tracking
  • Experience working with commission structures and performance-based models
  • Comfortable managing multiple advertisers and deadlines simultaneously

Technical & Analytical

  • Strong attention to detail and highly organised
  • Comfortable working with tracking links, commission structures and reporting dashboards
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to spot issues and optimisation opportunities
  • Confidence working with technical implementations (e.g., GTM, tracking pixels, publisher networks)

Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Commercially minded with negotiation confidence (particularly around commission rates)
  • Proactive, organised and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
