Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing B2B tech scale-up at an exciting point of growth. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role with real ownership, ideal for someone who enjoys turning strategy into execution and driving measurable commercial impact.

You’ll report into the VP of Marketing and own delivery of the marketing plan across content, campaigns, ABM, events, partnerships and PR. While UK-based, you’ll support global pipeline and revenue growth, working closely with senior leadership, sales and product teams.

The business operates in the private equity and M&A space, using data, analytics and AI to support deal sourcing and decision-making. Knowledge of financial services or investment markets is a bonus, but not essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering integrated marketing activity to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Supporting brand growth and positioning following a major rebrand
  • Running targeted and account-based marketing with sales
  • Managing content, thought leadership, events, and PR
  • Tracking performance using HubSpot and optimising based on data

About you:

  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B marketing (SaaS, data, fintech, or professional services preferred)
  • Experience working in a scale-up or high-growth environment
  • Commercially minded, organised, and comfortable owning projects end to end
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
