We’re a Great Place to Work accredited, digitally native consultancy with a simple belief: talented people do their best work when they’re trusted, supported and given real responsibility.
At Evolve, you won’t be hidden behind layers of hierarchy or dropped into a narrow delivery role. You’ll work directly with clients, contribute to meaningful commercial outcomes, and work with a fantastic team that is challenging the traditional consulting model.
Why Evolve?
- Performance bonus up to 15%
- Additional sales bonus opportunities
- Private healthcare
- 27+ days annual leave
- Remote-first working, with South-West client travel
- Travel expenses covered
- Regular team socials and off-sites
- Real influence in a growing consultancy
- Exposure to high-profile technology, defence and security programmes
The Opportunity
You’ll support clients across complex procurement and commercial programmes, helping them shape strategies, manage suppliers, run tenders, develop business cases, assess risk and deliver value for money.
You’ll also get broader exposure to business growth, client relationships and service development, giving you a level of variety and influence that is hard to find in larger consultancies.
If you’re ambitious, commercially minded and looking for a role where your contribution will genuinely be noticed, this could be the right move.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in procurement, commercial or contract management roles
- Strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills
- An interest in technology procurement, including cloud, SaaS or digital services
- Knowledge of Public Contract Regulations
- A commercial mindset and confidence managing risk
- CIPS/MCIPS, or working towards it, would be desirable
- Defence or security experience would be desirable
- SC clearance, or eligibility to obtain it
Ready to do more than just deliver procurement projects?
If you want real responsibility, faster development and the chance to help build a growing consultancy, we’d love to hear from you.
