Location: Cirencester, Gloucestershire

Salary: £40,000 – £60,000

Full Time: 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday

The role:

We are seeking someone with a natural interest in technology and innovation, who is inquisitive and confident enough to build tools that challenge and provide better solutions to problems that have beset the industry for decades. Importantly, you will be passionate about having a career in AI powered software development and understand the important role that automation and machine learning play in a modern day working environment.

Our client is looking for a Python Developer with three or more years of industry experience working and shipping Python code, to join their team of talented developers. You will be involved in maintaining, designing, building and implementing various regular and LLM powered software systems using Python that can categorise, extract data from and simplify various bespoke datasets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining, overseeing and implementing the complete development of different automated systems to enhance the quality of data we collect and improve the speed and efficiency of our collection processes.
  • Maintaining and improving our existing AI/LLM powered systems that are used on a daily basis by professionals in our market.
  • Working with the development team to integrate the systems into the wider platform.

Must have:

  • Knowledge of Python
  • Strong programming ability
  • Experienced building, writing code and working with large language models
  • Good communications skills
