As we expand across ANZ, the UK and the US post a successful fundraise we’re looking scale up our sales team and hire self motivated, ambitious people to join the team.
The RoleWe are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong focus on consultative selling and pipeline management.
This role will be responsible for owning and exceeding sales targets, identifying and closing new business opportunities, and ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.
What you’ll do:- Own full-cycle new business sales and deliver against a defined revenue quota
- 360 sales - Generate pipeline through structured outbound, partners and industry relationships
- Qualify leads, run discovery, tailored demos and progress deals to close
- Manage accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene (HubSpot)
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure smooth Customer Success handover
- Represent Breadcrumb in market - networking, industry events and client site meetings
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, CS and Product to improve win rates and process
- Contribute to a high-performance, early-stage team environment
We’re looking for someone who loves the chase and the craft of sales - but equally cares about building something meaningful in a growing business and finding solutions for customers. You’re not “just an AE” - you’re someone who wants to own your number, shape how we sell, and play a visible role in scaling Breadcrumb in the UK.
Ideally you’ve spent a few years in full-cycle B2B sales, so prospecting, running discovery, managing demos and closing deals are familiar territory. You’re comfortable generating your own pipeline through structured outbound and networking. You know how to run a tight sales process, manage multiple stakeholders and create momentum in complex deals.
You build genuine relationships. You’re confident with senior decision-makers but equally credible with operational teams on site. You listen well, ask sharp questions and negotiate commercially without damaging trust. You understand that long-term account value starts during the sales process.
Ideally, but not essentially - you have experience selling into construction or adjacent industries - ideally with an understanding of how sites operate and why safety matters. You’re comfortable meeting clients on site, attending industry events and travelling across the UK and Ireland when required.
You operate with discipline and take pride in your CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy and pipeline management.

You communicate clearly, collaborate well across teams and balance urgency with professionalism. You want to be part of a high-performance team, and help raise the standard as we scale.
You’re ideal for this role if....- You have 3-5 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS. Bonus if this includes ~2 years of closing experience
- You’re enthusiastic about lead generation through outbound, prospecting and closing deals
- Helpful, but not essential to have either Contech or construction industry background
- Proficiency with our key sales tools - Hubspot, Lusha, Fathom
- Willingness to travel in the UK/I when required

- Salary range of £50,000-60,000 + OTE
