The Principal Engineer (Unified Communications) plays a pivotal role in overseeing the management, optimisation, and implementation of unified communications (UC) systems across the organisation, serving as a senior advisor, offering insights and guidance to senior management while supporting the day-to-day operational needs.

 - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to communication platforms.
