Associate Director

We’re looking to connect with experienced Oracle EPM professionals who have a strong track record in designing and delivering large‐scale EPM transformation programmes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full lifecycle — from sales through to delivery leadership. You’ll be joining a Big 4 firm as they continue to expand their Oracle capability.

What you’ll do

• Grow a pipeline of Oracle EPM opportunities through market insight and proposition development

• Lead sales cycles, working with clients and internal teams to meet ambitious targets

• Build and maintain senior relationships across Private Sector organisations and Oracle’s product and sales teams

• Lead delivery of complex Oracle EPM programmes, ensuring quality, profitability and client satisfaction

• Mentor and develop diverse teams, fostering an inclusive, high‐performance culture

What you’ll bring

• Experience contributing to or running a business unit and delivering against commercial targets

• Proven success in Go‐To‐Market strategy and execution

• Strong Private Sector client relationship management

• A track record of selling and delivering EPM/Analytics programmes

• Deep understanding of EPM processes (consolidation, planning, forecasting, reporting) and extensive Oracle EPM experience
